What we do

Platinum Capital Advisors (PCA) is a commercial real estate advisory firm based in Manhattan, NY. We arrange financing for all commercial real estate types including single family rentals, multifamily, mixed use, office, retail, hospitality, self-storage, and other asset types. 

We deliver creative financing solutions through our relationships with local, regional and national sources of capital including traditional banks, credit unions, CMBS, Freddie/Fannie, debt funds and other specialty finance firms. We are adept in complex transactions based on our deep experience with stabilized and transitional properties, including vacant land, ground up construction, heavy to light rehab, property conversions, leasehold acquisitions, and other CRE projects.
